Cancellation policy 

The course is nonrefundable for participants after registration is completed, but a voucher may be used for one of our later courses if the participant is unable to attend the scheduled course.  There is no time limit on vouchers for course cancellation by participants and participants can substitute another person to attend the course if they are not able to attend.  This nonrefundable policy is established since only a limited number of participants can attend the course and each space in the course is reserved for each participant.  The tuition for this course is fully refundable in the case of cancellation by the provider. Travel and accommodation costs are not refundable if the provider cancels the course.
